Hi,

`HAPI_SetParm*` family of functions invoke cook each time they're called. With a heavy HDA or a ton of light ones this can lead to an unnecessary overhead. With a ~50ms cook time per parameter per node (measured on a single unconnected HDA) this can quickly grow to a few seconds of a delay, that could be avoided.

Is there a way to disable this behaviour e.g. on a session level?
