Day 25 | Dance | Moonlight Ballet

Today’s piece was inspired by a ballet dancer I saw online under the moonlight. I liked the calm and elegant feeling, so I tried to recreate it in Houdini with a simple setup and focus on motion.

Yes, Houdini is easier than dancing!

Tracing the dancers by hand was definitely more work than I thought haha. Also, generating the QR code with Python was a fun little side quest for this one.

The ghost of Electra

The textures I'm using are the free samples from Greyscalegorilla. Concrete Pitted for the wall, Oak wood planks, Geometric Modernist 03 Patterned Canvas for the cloth, and a few more for imperfections.
