Hi
How can i have access to a custom channel from an .exr file (for example), to edit them in a VOP COP?; how is the workflow to reference them?
Thanks.

Use a COP Input VOP to sample other planes, inputs, other pixel positions and frames.
In your case, you'll probably want to attach a Plane Index VOP to the plane index input of the COP Input VOP, and set its “Plane Name” parameter to whatever custom channel (plane) you need to sample from. It is generally a good idea to provide this plane name as a parameter in your VOP, in case it is named something else.
