trying to get an iMac and run Houdini Apprentice on it.

just want to ask, for video card “NVIDIA GeForce 9400M” works better with Houdini or “ATI Radeon HD 4670” better?

BTW, any suggestions to boost the performance of Houdini in Mac OS?

Generally I think Geforce cards work better, or rather their drivers have always been more stable with Houdini. so I would go with the Geforce.

Drivers for the Mac seem to be pretty stable either way. But if you were considering a dual boot, the Nvidia card holds the upper hand currently.
