Craig Zerouni “Rigid Body Dynamics”
is still up-to-date or already out-of-date?

I think it's great for an in-depth view of the RBD Solver. I believe there have been some changes in constraints since it was made, but otherwise it remains pretty accurate.

Plus it will make you grateful every day for the H9 interface upgrade
