Is there any kind of node like maya time node which allows you to remap time for any other nodes that using time.

For Example you can create cache file for fluid than replace it input time parameter with custom animation curve and remap time of this cache how you want. The same way works for nearly all nodes that can change there parametrs through time.

if you want to remap the time of a incoming cache file have a look at the timewarp SOP (it's a digital asset, open it to see what's going on inside) or you might want to have a look at CHOPs where you can modify single parameters of a node seperately.
