Hi everyone, I'm very new to Houdini and am having some issues with the way the viewport is handling light/shadows. It seems as though everything that's lit, should be dark and visa-versa. Please see attached screenshot. I'm really hoping there's a fix for this. Please advise me!

Just in case this helps, my system specs are modest(ish):
Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory: 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB
Software: Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G56)

Thank you for any advice you can provide.

Okay, so I went into preferences and selected 3D Viewports > Scene Renderer and changed it to GL 1.2. The point light seems to be affecting the cube more appropriately. So it's much better now, but I've seen nicer looking viewports - which I'm sure is just the fault of my hardware.

So, issue solved(ish).
