Hi
I have been developing a pipe generator but I have been having difficulties when texturing. The issue is the texture stretches over the pipe when it is modified. I am using a NURBS curve to create the pipe which can then be edited, but this causes the texture to stretch.
After some thought the only way i can think it would work would be:
1) taking the final pipe and then texturing by a standard length across the whole pipe
or
2) aligning the texture by orientating it in the direction of the curve, I've made something that gets the normals correctly but how would i align the texture properly onto a deformed structure?
Here is a screenshot and the pipe generator file, thanks for your help!

Hi,
What you should do is generate correct UV's before you sweep them, and then tell the sweep node to calculate per primitive so it automatically put the UV after eachother giving you perfect UV's.
Afterwards you can control tiling with UV Transform node.
I've coloured the nodes that I changed for you, press SPACE + 5 to see what happens with the UV's.
