collision object deleting my particles in flip

i am putting water into a bowl and when i move the bowl around (doesn't matter item transformation or deformation) its deleting the flip particles, so at the end of the sim i end up with a empty bowl

i try increasing the substeps, changing the type of collision on the flip solver. but i did a sdf collision object, like aregular rbd as static. and also as a volume source collision (from the shelf)

any tip that might help?

try turning off reseeding or increasing it's kill threshold

i found increasing the substep of the dop itself by 20 gives a better result.
take way longer, but doesnt eat the particles any more.
