You could prolly do it with the depricated cloth solver - or with the new FEM solver. Google ‘tearing cloth houdini’ that might get you started.

Could also prolly do it with a wire solver.

I'm sure a bullet setup would work as well.

Best thing is to make an attempt and then put your file up here when you've exhausted your try's or feeling your not getting any closer.
