Hi,

I am a student and I had downloaded Houdini Apprentice a few months ago, got a license and was using it for about a month.

I am now trying to renew and get another license to use apprentice, but it keeps saying my email or password is incorrect.

I know that after entering each about 30 times, and even trying my other email accounts, that it is not a problem with the information I am entering.

If anyone could help me out with this, it would be most appreciated, as it is summer and I endeavour to learn as much about Houdini as I can.

For installing Apprentice licenses, you don't need an email/password. Just hit cancel for such prompts. Then when you start Houdini, it will pop up a dialog saying you don't have any licenses. In that dialog, there should be a link that you can click on to install an Apprentice license.
