Drive Vellum rest length scale from Pop Vop

Hey everyone,

Is it possible to create an attribute to change the rest length scale based off noise over time?

I'd like to create a balloon effect where the area with a larger rest length scale increases over time, so parts of the geo grow first, instead of using only key framing the rest length scale Constraint Property.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
