I'm Select Two Object Like Ex Pic To Match Same Value Translation Other Object,That Work One By One,Another Thing The Match Pivot How To Work?

not sure if I understood correctly, but if you want to apply the grid's tranform to the box or the tube, have a look at the file attached.

I guess It work like maya,A simply click button And What you want match transformation(translate,rotate,scale) multi select objects or get pivot other object.
