Hey Houdiners!
Probably I'm just delirious because I'm not an expert of computer hardwares, but I've noticed an
uncommon problem veryfing after big simulations file caching or long render sequences.
After I'm using an Fx software (like Houdini or Maya) for many hours if I shut down my PC I can't turn on him again unless waiting at least 2-3 hours...
So i've sent it to a pc expert thinking the problem was the power supply, but the guy there said that it was the MSI motherboard that "dispelled" the volatile memory of RAMs, and until it was all dispelled i cannot turn on PC......this has to do with some MSI manufacturers settings, he changed 1 setting in BIOS within power settings (restart after AC power loss ), but it isn't solved....
I've already asked to sideFX Support and they said that my hardwares are not optimized for big calculations and that's why the problem occurs after many hours of work.
I'm asking, is this possible? Isn't the Volatile Memory istantly erased when the PC is turned Off? Why does should it takes so long?
ps: if it could help i've attached the machine info text and a casual scene after that i've encountered the problem(one of the many).

My pc:
power supply ATX 650W coolermaster MWE gold 240VAC
motherboard MSI MPG z390
cpu Intel i7-9700k 3.60Ghz
ram 16GB(2x8) 3600Mhz DDR4 t-force xcalibur phantom gaming
graphic card Radeon RX580

Thank You!
Paolo
