Frame token replacement in PxrCryptomatte filename

I'm rendering with husk and have a cryptomatte filter set up but frame token substitution isn't happening so the EXRs are written with $F.
Snippet of USD file:
custom string ri:samplefilter0:name = "PxrCryptomatte"
custom string ri:samplefilter0:PxrCryptomatte:filename = "/path/to/render/dir/cryptomatte/renderproduct.cryptomatte.$F.exr"[code]

Is this an issue with Husk or with the RenderMan delegate?
