RBD export to Embergen

Hello fellow magicians.

Im fairly noobish to houdini.

I have produced a rbdbullet sim from some RBD material fractures. A couple different types, like concrete and metal. After my Bullet solver, I cache the sim and then Im trying to find a way to export the animated RBD sim to another 3d package, primarily Embgergen. Been trying FBX ROP , Alembic rop and obj. Only able to get single frame and not the frame range.

Is there any way I can use the proxy geo? or a basic representation of the RBD sim to use in embgergen? Im trying to get some basic collisions with my RBD sim. Just enough to make the volume sim look cohesive with the bullet sim.

Any ideas?
