Camera/Viewport tilting woes

On Windows, I sometimes mess up my camera/viewport (is the term tilting? dollying? rolling? tumbling?) by holding Left Ctrl + Left Mouse Button. This rotates the camera around the forward axis. Is there a way to reset this rotation? As in, resetting the tilted horizon back to horizontal.

The only way I've found so far is by pressing M for First Person Navigation, then dragging Left Mouse Button which resets the tilt, then Escape to go back. Is there a better way to reset this? Thanks.

Have you tried the home all command? this resets camera navigation.
