I've been creating an HDA - part of it involves creating a cellular pattern along a polywire and extruding the voronoi fractures to appear like cells. I would like to elongate/stretch the cell length along the length of the polywire so they appear thinner and longer.

I've tried adjusting density using uv, and tried using rest positions, but the closest I've gotten with help, is making it work on a 2D only curve but if the curve exists along 3-axis it does not work.

I have attached a simplified file using what I got help with creating so that you can see what I'm going for a simple 2D that would like to replicate in 3D space.

Here's a solution that works in 3D using path deform.

Notice that this setup only works for static inputs as the input before the voronoi changes when animating the length of the curve, thus also changing the voronoi pattern.
