Yay, another grey-orange video :)
Some more destruction RnD in Houdini, still much room for improvement! This time, rendered with Mantra, some comp in Nuke.
Video Compression kills the smaller details a bit, but oh well...

    So awesome..I am still learning, familiar with other 3D software, but just don't know where to start..

      Yeah, Houdini can be scary at first but it's worth it!
      One thing I changed from using other 3D apps: I use the Houdini viewport (almost) exclusivly to move the camera around. Everything else is done in the network view. Once I did that, I managed to overcome that very first hurdle.
