alexeyvanzhula1984 Erik Ws Recently, Maya has never been the best software for animation.
It remains stagnant for over 10 years.
I've been a senior Maya user for 5 years at a production studio, but, now, I only use Maya for file converting.

Last week we had Houdini > Maya for poly modeling.

I don't use Maya any more for personal projects, but it's impossible to get rid of it from the studio's pipeline.
Even KineFX is actually great (UX-wise, like with a whole AnimBot built-in) it'll take a lot of time to replace Maya

eikonoklastes But are they really online, or is it just an illusion by the magicians at SideFX, so we stop asking for the videos ???
