Pixel Values - How?

Especially for lookdev and lighting, getting accurate pixel values under the pointer is very significant.
Is there a way to enable that? Mantra render enables that, by control clicking and you get a popup. Other renderers have a live view of pixel values under the pointer, similar in nuke.

If this is not possible, it should be a feature request, right?

If you render to MPlay, this does the same thing:

Try this:
Thanks! I tried that, and it shows the values thanks! One problem, that seems to be a bug, is that the values are all clamped to 1?
Can you confirm that?

I have the same problem with karma. The viewport clamps color value to 1.

Correct, there's currently no way to inspect true color values from the Solaris Viewport.

The way I measure raw pixel value in Solaris viewport is by disabling OCIO color management in the viewer. I can then get the linear pixel value provided there is no brightness/contrast/gamma adjustment. The value is clamped at 1.0 however.
