You can triangulate them using the Facet SOP.

Thanks for your help Edward.

Triangulate with a Facet SOP ?
I can't find triangulate in FACET SOP, but in Divide SOP, there is a triangulate option. It's what you mean ?
But, i don't understand why triangulate faces ? Perhaps my bad english didn't explain what i'm looking for.
I have a 3d model with many faces with the same size at the same place. It's like i duplicate one model on himself and fuse together… A very bad model.

I can see, with display Faces numbers ON in viewport, many faces at the same place. (cf. attached screen capture)

So i have many faces with the same centroid, same number of points and same positions of these points, but how compare or group these faces ?

I have tried clean SOP, facet SOP, Divide SOP, Fuse SOP and i can't find something to do that.

Thanks in advance

Btw, co-planar is just one of a few tests you need to make to find duplicate primitives.
