Running an L-System over a surface Oct. 13, 2011, 7:43 a.m.
hi all,
i've been playing with houdini for like a week now.
i'm stuck with a problem regarding my L-system (a random pipeline).
i basically want to run my L-system over a surface on a face by face basis (in this case a torus).
I have tried to do this with the creep node, but the L-system gets squashed while doing so, and if the L-system runs out of the boundaries of a face it gets squashed along the side of that face.
so my question is: is there any other way to do this?
