Hi there,
I am quite new to Houdini, so please be gentle
I am scattering points on a geometry with the scatter SOP. Now I would like to scatter points only on the polygons which are facing upwards. My idea is to make a group selection via the normals. Is it possible to write a vex code or an expression in the group field of the scatter node to make selection via the normal direction? So let's say the polygons which are facing mostly in the Y direction.
