Hi, I am trying to run the HDK 13.0 tutorial “Getting Started” http://www.sidefx.com/docs/hdk13.0/ [sidefx.com]

I am using windows 8.1 64 bit with Houdini 13.0.314 and vs 2012 32 bit compiler (vc11). I follow the tutorial, geoisosurface.C compiled successfully. However, when I run “geoisosurface” in the Houdini command line tools, I get this error message:
The procedure entry point gzdirect could not be located in the dynamic link library J:\PROGRA~1\SIDEEF~1\HOUDIN~1.314\bin\libxml2.dll

I try to google it but it seems nothing related to gzdirect and libxml2.dll. Does anybody know what the issue is and how to fix it? Thanks.



I also re-install houdini into C drive, and the the two houdini path environment variable
CPROGRA~1/SIDEEF~1/HOUDIN~1.314/bin;CPROGRA~1/SIDEEF~1/HOUDIN~1.314/toolkit/
bin;<other path>
are at the beginning of PATH variable. But I still get the same error message.
Does anyone has ideas about this issue? Thank you.
