how to render soft raytraced shadows in Houdini Aug. 23, 2008, 9:18 p.m.
Hi,
i need help on rendering soft raytraced shadows in houdini.
i have tried one way with light template and attacthin VEX Blur shadows attribute but thts very imprecise as i am unable to use normal lights. i have to use a light template and attach a light for light properties and vex blur shadow to control the shadow properties.
is there a way that u can attach an attribute to normal light to render soft raytraced shadows as in Maya u can attach renderman attribute to the light to get this result.
