anybody has any other solution
i know it has something to do with python install both wont install succesfully.

i tried that already i removed every folder to do with a houdini install and nothing changed the result of the install.everything from houdini.frameworks and other folders to do with sesi and nothing changed.

hello iam on a mac book pro c2d 2.0ghz running snow leopard.the first time i installed houdini it went properly and managed to license it .i was doing some python work but i found 2.6 buggy so i tried to install the old 9.5 that install failed ,so i uninstalled it ,but when i decided to run 11 it i get this error

ERROR:Couldn't open Fuse 11.0.446.9/Fuse_ColorOptions.ui for reading.No such file or directory

how do i fix that because i tried reinstalling it a few times and now the installer fails towards the end saying to contact manufacturer even whne i try to ignore that and start the houdini to license it the necessary software isnt there.i saw another thread talk about hqueue but i had not installed it at any one time coz right now i am still learning houdini and i am not keen on reinstalling an entire OS and numerous software just to get houdini running again.can anyone help thanks

and as a second question how do i revert houdini 11 to use python 2.5.thank you for that also.
