That's a fun one, but the normals issue introduced when you scale the X-Axis by -1 is still an issue. The Pack and Instance check box does "hide" the problem in the viewport, but when it comes render time, the problem reappears. A Clean node with Consolidate Points and Orient Polygons does help, but you lose the crisp edge of the geometry.
Do you have a suggestion on fixing the normals issue?
