Hi,
I am trying to create a tap, from which water emits from inside a geometry say a tube. But in my case fluid is coming from the edges of tube. I am attaching the hip file. Can any one help what I am doing wrong.
Thanks

its not actually sourcing from the edges of the tube. it is only sourcing from the sphere, but because the tube's collision volume is solid, the particles are being pushed to the outside of it when they are made, making it look like they are birthed there. make sure you check to see what your collision volumes are actually doing when you set them up.

in this case, in your dopnet, delete tube1. set tube's collision volume mode to minimum, uniform divs to 50 and offset surface to .1 and that should do what youre looking for.
