First off, thanks to SideFx for providing Houdini to all of us.
Wonderful piece of software.
When I first looked at Houdini the thing that struck me
was it's abillity to work with sound. Not just as something
to be dubed in, but to interact with the 3D environment.
After looking at Mr. Andrew Lyons work I could see that
Houdini has so many possibilities to create art, simply
for arts sake.
I would like to humbly ask on bended knee and head bowed
if some tutorials on working with sound could be
made availible at some point in the future.
Just something I hope will be concidered.
So many possibilities…………………………..

Thanks for your time and have good new year.!

You could take a look at the great pages by Mark Story. In the mailing archive, you will find a post:

Thanks Jason, I'll take a look at those links. I've allready downloaded csound. Lord knows how long it
will take me understand exactly what it is I want to do.
The time to do it is a factor as well.
I just want to give it a go and see where it will take me.

Take care

You might want to check Touch 101. Is wonderful for art-related stuff and real-time, and it has some very nice tools for synchronizing with external soundtracks
