Merge Mantra Nodes To EXR

Is it possible to merge two seperate Mantra nodes into one multi layered .EXR?

Or should I just stick with lets say 8 different .EXR files?

Yes, fetch those mantras in cop network by render cop then merge those and use ROP Output driver cop to write single .exr.

Now I only have one problem in nuke, it hides the alpha channel somehow.. I cant see it with a shuffle node, however I can edit my shuffle and add it manually.
