Hello everyone, i just downloaded and installed Houdini for the first time in my MacBook 15-inch Mid 2014, and for some reason the font size is super tiny, and i can't figure out why, even when i trie to lower the screen resolution it is still very small, any help i would appreciate very much. Thanks.

Try going to Edit > Preferences > General User Interface and set Global UI Size to “High DPI”, then hit Accept, then restart Houdini.

It is a little bigger but, still very small.

That looks like the UI components are taking up about twice the resolution (on each axis) as they do on my machine, so I'm going to guess that that's as expected. It might not be quite twice; apparently the scaling factor for High DPI mode is something like 1.75x. My monitor is about 109 DPI, and if I got your model correct, yours is about 212 DPI, so the physical sizes of the buttons and tabs should be similar on our two devices after you changed the setting to High DPI mode, (though I'm using a 27" monitor, so it'll fit a lot more buttons and tabs).

It is useable but its a bit tiny for my taste, but i noticed is not everywhere, there are placed is the font is bigger, i really don't know what is happening.

Can you please send this in as a bug - what you need to do is is check ‘Open in Low Resolution’ in the Get Info window in the Finder.

it works better, also a changed the global size ui to large and is much better, i will use it like this.
