Q1: For simulations & Rendering & gaming balance Build including High frequency or higher cores or What.

q2: Which build let's me to use full potential of PCI 16 multiple GPU for Houdini simulation and Maya Arnold Gpu Render. Not PCI x8. So the criteria is also CPU has to accept 2 pcie 16 cards and Mother board too is it. ryzen 9 including 5000series High frequency or low frequency multi core 3960x . Which is consistent in long run. Am I right. Or left something…

q3: Does Houdini use GPU as I heard opencl takes it, but also heard it's not that efficient like CPU. How bad would be that. If bad should I go for thread ripper only for CPU cores.

Q4: is More than 64gb ram nesessary for simulations on any build?

On the point about Houdini using multiple GPUs, it's almost the 10 year anniversary of the system requirements saying:

GPU acceleration currently does NOT make use of multiple OpenCL devices (i.e. two or more graphics cards) but this may change at a future date.

So don't expect that to change soon.
