I'm trying to use Node Groups so I can quickly select and filter lots of objects.
Creating a Node Group seems to be working as advertised.
But then the fun starts, when I want to add or remove nodes from the group nothing seems to happen. Not when using "Add To Selection" in the dropdown menu, neither by pressing the little + button.
Also removing nodes from the group only works by using the dropdown menu. When using the - button, the nodes are removed from the view, but not from the group.
Seems only nodes that have been removed from the group that was initially created, can be added to the same group later on.
What's also very confusing is that it says in the dropdown menu the = button stands for replacing the group with the current selection. But when I use the = button it switches groups in the network view.
Only when I use "Replace Group with Selection" in the dropdown menu, the nodes in the group are actually replaced by the current section. Very confusing.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this broken ?
Thanks,
R.

Looks like I'm having a conversation with myself.
This issue was related to an imported FBX with a lot of bones and nulls btw. Maybe I should have mentioned that.
Seems when I restart Houdini and reload the scene, some of the issues are gone. Still the "- = +" buttons don't seem to work as advertised or at all, but at least I can add and remove nodes to the group with the drop down menu.
Looks like Houdini is not very fond of FBX files, I've been having all kinds of strange issues with them.
