I cannot open Houdini after a recent crash! Can anyone help?

Hey, I'm having trouble opening Houdini after a recent crash and I get this message when I try to open the licence administrator:

Failed to replace function free in module ucrtbase.dll

I was doing a particle test and it crash due to memory and now I cant open it again O

Please help!
