Hey guys!I encountered a problem during my internship. There is a project requirement to copy the primitive color distribution rules of one patch to another. I tried to use the attributetransfer node, which has a certain effect, but some color patches are not gradient, which is very obvious.
The first picture is which I want, the second picture is the one I need to copy the first color rule. The third picture is the result of trying now, but some parts feel that the color has no special gradient effect
Here is my hip, hope you can answer my question!!Thank you very much!!
How to copy the color of one face to another?

its not very clear what you are asking
your file doesn't contain what your images show
and you have some attribtransfers in there which transfer attribute, but it's unclear what is not expected about that result
but overall you have to keep in mind a few things:
- attribute transfer transfers just from points, so the further the closest second input point is the more possibility of sampling different color than you actually see under the first input point
- if you want to sample exact interpolated color from the closest surface you can use Ray SOP in Minimum Distance Mode, uncheck Transform Points and check Import Attributes From Hits and specify attributes you want to sample
- it also depends on the point distribution of your actual geo you are transferring colors to, since while you will get colors on the points the actual colors within surface are interpolated from the points, so if your shape has just outline points then those are interpolated through the middle, so you would potentially lose all the details contained in the middle section in the geo you were transferring from
