How to snap the vertexes of a big model to grid

I made a flat building in blender with grid snapping but blender is strange to that so there are more than 1200 cubes nearby snapped to grid and in depth aligned inaccurate to each other...

... there was no way to snap the vertexes to grid combine the vertexes and the faces that lay on another to make an accurate simple model...

So I searched for freeware and found Houdini. I have imported my inaccurate cubes collection to Houdini of an obj. Is there a way to do that with the whole model with all vertexes to adjust a 3d grid that match with the model and then simply snap and combine all vertexes and then to merge the faces so I have a clean model...

I know I should have been building the model that way.. but I m newbie in that it is my first big model and i don't would like to reconstruct it all to have an effective model... Blender is impossible in things about snapping it gave me the feeling that every cube had an own grid.
Things like this i would like to have like this
I'm only talking about things on the highest zoom... Please help

make sure they are all in a single geometry
then try using Snap SOP (which will place Fuse SOP in snap mode)
change Snap To parameter to: Grid
and set your 3d grid spacing and offset
if you want those points fused you can check fuse or start with placing down Fuse SOP and maybe also clean SOP with Fix Overlaps if you want to remove all doubled polygons
