How i can offset the value clips and generate several versions and then apply that
to different copies from a duplicate node

The Retime Instances LOP should be able to do that. Or if you want to set it up manually, just use the time offset/scale parameters on the reference LOP that imports the asset. The fact that the asset uses value clips to store its animation should not be relevant.
