Following more tutorials to use the guides during the destruction but I fail in any way. The tutorials are for houdini 18 and I use 19.5, has anything changed?

In 19.5 the RBD Bullet Solver UI changed quite significantly, many of the guiding setup options were moved to the Advanced tab, and the "Use Pre-Configured Setup" guiding option is now enabled by default.
You'll need to use a RBD Guide Setup SOP before the RBD Bullet Solver or disable the "Use Pre-Configured Setup" option and set the guiding options up directly in the Advanced > Guide section.
