I am new to Houdini. How do I render (Karma) an environment light without/showing up the image/hdri background? To have a black/transparent background.




Like in Maya/Arnold you turn off the camera and I get the blank background/transparent background.

its just the viewport, if you render to disk you should get black transparent BG

for the viewport go to Display Options (D)/Background
set Color Scheme to Dark and uncheck Display Environment Lights As Background
