Hi guys, i am a newbie and been learning houdini for a few weeks.

I am following a tutorial, and somehow the for each node is different on my system. It does not generate Iteration attribute.

I am using For each number node.

Any advice would really be appreciated.

Did you try refreshing your info panel to see?
or
Have you tried creating a new set of for each blocks and just reconnect your existing nodes inside them?
Might just be a 'glitch'.

Just a guess from my side here, but is the foreach_ring_metadata node set to fetch metadata? It seems to me it is set to fetch piece/point, as it displays one Point attribute where it should be detail attributes

you are right , it turned out i had to change it to fetch metadata. thanks alot
