T pose blendshape to animation pb, strange scale on members

Hello, i'm a total newcomer in houdini.
I'm trying to do a preroll on a human character to be able to work on vellum cloth.
I imported a fbx and used a blendshape to mix the rest pose on the bonedeform (the animation). Everything works but i have some bad deformation (scales) on the arms.
Do i make a mistake in the way i work or is there a way to fix that issue ?

To remove scales, you try disabling Convert Units on the FBX import node. But now everything will be 100 times larger than expected. For export, you'll need to scales back again by 0.01 yourself and also disable Convert Units on the exporter.
