Hello Wizards,

I'm trying to convert these edges to prims, but group promote doesn't work; and after spliting each section into separate prims, group copying the edge group over doesn't work either.

Could anyone point me to the right direction?

Before group copying, you need to delete the empty group.

I tried what you said, and also did this, but it still doesn't work.

Promote the copied edge group to primitives. Note that the include only elements on the boundary option needs to be turned on.

Hi,

Are you using Convert Line SOP to split the segments as that will preserve your edges groups?
