MtlX Conductor Bsdf - Is this shader node fully working?

I can't seem to find any specific info on how to get this shader working. The default setting are for gold, but the rendered surface comes out matte purple. It's almost exactly flipped from what it should show. I've also tried plugging in the MtlX Artistic IOR node to the conductor, but nothing changes in the rendered output. Regardless of the settings I try matte purple is all I get.

Has anyone had luck getting this to work? Is there a secret setup I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated!

Using XPU, but CPU gives the same results.

Thanks!

EDIT

Figured this out. Even though I had plugged the conductor bsdf into a mtlx surface node before the output it and tried using CPU it wasn't giving me anything different. Then restarted Houdini and it worked.
So the setup is conductor bsdf out to mtlx surface bsdf then out to the subnet out surface.. and Karma CPU.

So it looks like mltx bsdf's aren't working yet with XPU.

atomic bsdf shaders are not supported in XPU yet, just Standard Surface and OpenPBR
however CPU shoud work fine, default gives me gold

Hey Tomas, thanks for the clarification and the render test. I did get it to work with CPU after a restart. Something must have been hanging. The Standard Surface shader gets pretty close for XPU, but there's a noticeable IOR difference at 90 degrees. Seems that the specular IOR also has no effect when meatless is set to 1. The conductor bsdf though works and looks great with CPU!
