When I load a scene file from someone else in the studio, it changes the desktop (Animate, Build, Modelling, etc) to whatever they had set when they saved the scene.

I would like my desktop to always remain the same even when loading a scene file which may have been saved with another desktop.

How can this be done?

This is a common issue. There are a few workarounds. One of them is replacing all desktops with your own. The other one is by hiding all the other desktops:
