A good Move Brush? [{SOLVED}]

Hi!

I'm trying to do basic proportional changes to my model and I can't find a good "Move Brush" (like Zbrush). The closest I found was with the TopoBuild sop. It has a move brush but its very loose (it smears the geo) and it only moves the visible points.

Also, I know about the soft transform sop but its too anoying to use multiple times.

Ahhh, its simply not in H19.5.

H20.5 has a move option in the Sculpt sop.
