Yes, but it will turn your full license session into Apprentice one. However, SESI offers one time file-convertion for a new buyer. Description here:

Apprentice and Apprentice HD are quite restrictive here (which goes from node-locked license of it). Again reading Faq could help:

However commercial floating license of Houdini allows you to work on any computer and any OS you'd like.
