Hi guys
I've found a splash tool in houdini help but i couldnt find it on the shelf of particle fluids.
Is this supposed to be on the shelf?

The splash tool still exists internally, hence the help page for it, however it was removed from the shelf back before the 9.5 release because it was not producing acceptable results and was incomplete.

So how do i access something that exists internally,but is not on the shelf?

Tab type it in the viewport. Make sure the correct context for the tool is set.

If not, the easiest way to manage a tool is to fetch it back up on any tool shelf by using the menu option to add a tool to a shelf.
