I have a few animated plants which grow from nothing until they fully extend. I am trying to run them through a vellum solver but they are disappearing once I start the sim. Is there a way to update the solver to let it know when each leaf starts appearing?
- make sure your animated geometry (AG) has constant point cloud - use Vellum Rest Blend DOP to update rest of all non-pin constraints on every substep or at least frame from the AG - in case you have any pin or soft pin constraints that help anchor or atteact the vellum geo make sure your target heometry is also using AG
