Mesh shading

Hi,

I'm new to Houdini and have been struggling with the shading of my meshes. Everything looks fine in Houdini but when I export my GLB file, it looks terrible (same when importing it in Unreal). How can I fix that?

You need vertex normals I suspect. Normal SOP.
